UCLA Immunogenetics Center
Shili Ge, MD, PhD, has been working as a Project Scientist at the UCLA Immunogenetics Center for the past three years. In her current role on the R&D team, she conducts experiments for multiple clinical trials, analyzes data, and prepares reports and presentations. Her research interests focus on HLA eplet mismatch and its application in donor selection and virtual crossmatch for transplant patients. As a first step, she is working to validate the accuracy of eplet mismatch assessment using imputed HLA typing and to evaluate its potential application in retrospective studies.
