Dr. Eric Weimer received his PhD from the Department of Microbiology & Immunology at Wake Forest University School of Medicine. He is the HLA Laboratory Director and HLA/Transplant Discipline Director at Labcorp. He is the Past President of AMLI and an ASHI Board Member. His research focuses on the development of molecular and analytic tools to improve patient diagnostics.
