She earned her Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from the University of Toledo and board certification by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP). Colleen specializes in software validation and clinical laboratory functions. Previously, Colleen served as a Generalist Medical Technologist at the University of Toledo Medical Center.
