Dr. Loren Gragert is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Biomedical Informatics and Genomics of the Department of Medicine at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans and is Associate Director of the Tulane Histocompatibility and Immunogenetics Laboratory. His current projects involve developing HLA population genetics datasets and improving models for HLA matching, allo-immune sensitization, computational serology, and immune gene associations.
