Dr. Sarah Grasedieck is a molecular and computational scientist who bridges the clinical- with the experimental wet- and the dry lab. Originally from Germany, science has brought her across the European Union, to California, and in 2019, to UBC in Canada. Dr. Grasedieck’s research spans epigenetics, gene regulatory mechanisms, biomarker discovery, and improving patient diagnostics. Her focus areas are malignancies of the immune system such as Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) and multiple myeloma (MM) as well as organ and stem cell transplantation.
