Dr. Jacob Kinskey is the Transplant Immunology and Clinical Informatics Fellow at Houston Methodist Hospital, expected to complete training in 2026. He earned his MD from the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine in 2020 and completed a Clinical Pathology residency at Houston Methodist. He is board certified in Clinical Pathology.

Dr. Kinskey’s work focuses on the intersection of laboratory medicine and clinical informatics, with an emphasis on quality systems and software tools to support laboratory operations. His technical background includes full stack web development using JavaScript, React.js, Python, and SQL. He is also experienced in data extraction, transformation, and analysis for operational support and research. He is an accredited Epic Physician Builder.

Originally from Dike, Iowa, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter when away from the lab.
