Ryan is the Chief of Clinical Pathology and the medical director of the HLA Laboratory at Tufts Medical Center. He has been involved in histocompatibility and immunogenetics having served in various committees in ASHI, CAP and UNOS. He has served as the Abstract Committee Chair for both the 2024 and the 2025 ASHI Annual Meeting.
