Lucas Augusto Monzón is a biochemist and Deputy Chief of the National Laboratory of Immunogenetics (INCUCAI) in Argentina. He coordinates the on-call transplant operations for deceased donor programs and is responsible for HLA antibody screening in patients awaiting hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. He also manages the national serum bank and oversees the distribution of samples for kidney transplant candidates on the waiting list. He serves as a technical advisor for CareDx HLA technologies in the region and actively contributes to national transplant strategies.
