Ms Marissa Beltran-Lemus is a Research Scientist at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Upon graduating in 1997, Marissa joined One Lambda as a laboratory technician. Her strong work ethic and innovative approach to problem-solving quickly earned her a promotion to SSP Pre-production Supervisor. In this role, Marissa focused on developing and optimizing solutions for the manufacturing department. This eventually led to an opportunity to assist with a new antibody detection product, where she continued to develop and optimize solutions. This success led to another promotion, and she is now an R&D Scientist for the Biochemistry department. In this role, she has contributed to several key projects at Thermo Fisher Scientific, including the development of PreSorb. Her work in antibody detection has been published in industry journals and presented at past and upcoming ASHI conferences.
