I have been working at Cedars sinai meidical center HLA lab for 37 years. i am currently the HLA manager and QA manager. i am responsible for overseing the lab functions including QA reports, capitol budget, staff management, equipment maintencnace and management, documentation of corrective actions and adverse event, acciddent reports. i pay a close attention to new methods and improvements in HLA testing.
