I’m a Health Care Principal Professional with over 22 years of laboratory experience, including 16 years focused on transplant immunogenetics. Currently, I work at ClinImmune, the Center for Clinical Immunology, where I specialize in HLA molecular testing using advanced methods like next-generation sequencing (NGS), Nanotype and rSSO. In addition to my role as a Molecular Analysist, I serve as a project manager for laboratory information system implementations.
I’m a certified Histocompatibility Specialist and ASHI/CAP Inspector, with extensive experience in quality assurance, regulatory standards, and internal auditing. My work supports solid organ and bone marrow transplant programs through accurate HLA typing and organ allocation. I take pride in training others in complex assays and contributing to the continuous improvement of laboratory practices that directly impact patient care.
