My name is Tracy McRacken. BSMT (ASCP), CHS (ACHI) and I am the Manager/Clinical Specialist of the Transpalnt Immunology Lab @ Sentara Norfolk Genera Hospital. I have worked in the field of Histocompatibility for over 30 years, starting as a tech doing serology typing. I have seen the transformation over time of the technology to molecular typing and serology crossmatches to flow crossmatch to virtual crossmatching.
